How do design consultations work?
Consultations are complimentary and can be booked in-store or online. One of our designers will discuss your project, fabrics and timescales — with no obligation.
Can I see fabric samples before ordering?
Of course. Our fabric library is one of the largest outside London — visit a showroom to browse, or contact us and we can arrange samples of the fabrics you're considering.
How long does a made-to-order piece take?
Each piece is handmade to order in our workroom, so lead times vary by design and fabric. We'll confirm an estimated delivery time when you order, and keep you updated throughout.
